About Us
TRICORP HEARN was founded on a vision of service that combines large firm
sophistication with one-on-one attention.
Founders Steve Hunter, Ken Cohen and Tony Moayed created TRICORP HEARN as a General Contractor and Preconstruction resource for private and public construction projects in California. They built upon years of major contractor experience managing projects from small tenant improvements to multi-million dollar ground-up projects in California.
Dave Bruss joins the management team from Hearn Construction, with over 20 years experience in construction management with large construction companies and major construction projects. Mr. Bruss currently holds a California General Contractor's license has been a Chief Estimator and Operations Officer for several major California based construction companies.
