    Modesto Junior College, Modesto, CA

     

    New 26,665 sf, two story, steel framed facility. Exterior walls are a combination of corrugated and flat panel metal siding with plaster elements and two complete curtain wall assemblies. Interior construction is a matrix of high end construction finishes including: Fellert Ceilings, 25’ Solid Surface Wall feature, automated sunlight control system, custom EMS, custom redwood trim, metal paneling, Lithocrete floors and level 5 finish on walls. This new facility includes state of the art AV classrooms, counselor and administration offices, full service student registration, open featured lobby, and custom courtyard. It is targeted for LEED Silver certification.

    UC Davis Coffee House, Davis, CA

     

    New student dining facility including coffeeshop, deli, Mexican and Chinese food vending/serving areas, full commercial kitchen, and lounge areas.

     

     


    California State University Sacramento Bookstore, Sacramento, CA

     

    The 93,000 s.f. new structural steel frame building with precast and composite aluminum  panel exterior cladding system houses a bookstore as well as offices to the University Enterprises, Inc. Tony Moayed prepared estimates, value engineering, and constructability reviews. TCMS, Inc. was the IOR on the project

     


    St. Albans Country Day School, Roseville, CA

     

    The project consisted of ground up construction of a new library for a K-6 private school. The project was locating in the center of the campus. This project was completed while school was in session. Special coordination was required for all deliveries and exterior work.

     

     


    Inderkum High School, Sacramento, CA

     

    New 2000-student high school campus featuring innovative energy systems including an underground closed-loop geothermal system and a solar energy system with 150,000 square feet of photovoltaic panels. Tony Moayed and Ken Cohen provided project management on the project 

     


    Activity Recreation Center, UC Davis University, Davis, CA

     

    This new 150,000 s.f. structural steel frame, precast and masonry exterior cladding building houses all of the University’s recreation amenities. Tony Moayed and Ken Cohen provided construction management service

     

     


    Touro University, Mare Island, CA

     

    Concrete stairway project consisting of a 400 LF pathway with over 120 steps, 47 drilled piers, 7 light poles, 700 LF of handrail, a design build drainage system and a 500 CY off-haul operation. The project took only 8 short weeks to complete and overlooks the Touro University Campus on the Historic Mare Island Naval Base.
