Building Types
Water damage restoration and remediation to an existing 27,000 square foot Medical Office Building. Renovations to the 2 story, metal building include replacement of framing, flashing, roofing, glass & glazing, stucco, and decorative sheet metal. Project also includes structural upgrades to meet code.
Project consist of 72’ Diameter Concrete Pad, Site Grading for 800’ long Approach Surface, Site electrical, AC Driveway and Aviation Equipment.
Construction of a new 30,000 sf. OSHPD 3 Medical Office Building. Project included offices, labs and outpatient rooms. Steve Hunter provided project management on the project
Remodel of 6,695sf existing space and addition of a new 24,265 sf medical building for the largest health care provider to the Native American Community in this area. OSHPD 3 design intent was used to construct 9 dental operatory stations, labs, exam rooms, and minor outpatient surgical treatment rooms. TRICORP HEARN also constructed administrative offices, pharmacy, radiology, and mental health treatment rooms in the facility. New, highly efficient MEP systems with digital controls enhance the new facility. The existing mechanical in the remodeled building received new digital controls for the boiler and CAV sytem.
Renovation of existing patient rooms into new postpartum wing. Project was completed in an occupied hospital. Infection control, nurse call and 100% OSHPD inspections were all part of project scope. Steve Hunter and Ken Cohen provided project management on the project
Tenant lmprovement of 7,040 sf of existing space to produce 32 operating stations on a design/build basis. Construction includes new Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, minor exterior remodel, and complete roof replacement. TRICORP HEARN will also install owner purchased equipment including custom “A Deck” dental cabinets
New South Wing Expansion and 136,000 SF addition including relocation of the existing main entrance, remodel of urgent care and expansion of the existing central plant. The project was delivered in multiple phases. Tony Moayed provided preconstruction services including full estimating, value engineering, constructability review, site logistics, phase plans and construction schedule.
