Construction of the hotel will be 5 stories of wood frame over concrete podium in a semi-hillside condition and a 2 level parking garage. Amenities include breakfast area, pool, fitness center, business center and a fire pit. The schedule for a portion of the hotel will be accelerated to accommodate bird nesting season on the adjoining Multi Habitat Conservation Area. Tricorp Hearn will take special measures to protect flora and fauna in this area.
This 120 room, 4 story, 79,000 SF hotel is located in the Anaheim Resort District on a 2.5 acre site, adjacent to Disneyland. The project includes demolition of existing restaurant and site, required abatement plan and adherence to the strict Anaheim Resort District building requirements. New construction features structural steel framing system and assemblies.
Project amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, porte cochere, meeting spaces, excercise facility, kitchen, and dining and communal spaces. Mechanized shading panels and storefront glazing allow for comfortable use of daylight.

Many of the finish materials were imported from Europe, and the project reflects the highest of craftsmanship.
Rebranding and renovation of a 92 room Holiday Inn to a Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Renovations took place while the hotel was occupied. Guest room features upgraded included new wall paper, doors, closets, and fixtures. Features added to the common space were new pantry cabinets, new market place, new lobby and business center (casework, wallpaper, paint, tile and granite tops), new gym, and new break room.
Full renovation of a semi-occupied hotel facility, rebranding a Holiday Inn Property to a Courtyard by Marriott. Renovations included interior, 137 guest rooms, exterior, site work, upgrade of the building’s waterproofing, restaurant, bar and conference rooms.

The sitework package included preservation of all trees on the property, the renovation of the perimeter and parkway, and connection to the sanitary sewer system at a depth of 18 ½ feet. This hotel was completed 1 1/2 months ahead of schedule.
