The documents were reviewed and approved by the Department of State Architects (DSA) and UC Davis Health Department. This was one of the first hospitality projects to be completed through a Public-Private-Partnership delivery method. The project was completed on time and within budget.
This 75,000 sf project was constructed on the Riverwalk Development in Riverside during the height of the Great Recession. The four story, wood framed hotel with 131 rooms, pool with spa, breakfast area, conference room, and exercise room took 10 ½ months to complete.

The sitework package included preservation of all trees on the property, the renovation of the perimeter and parkway, and connection to the sanitary sewer system at a depth of 18 ½ feet. This hotel was completed 1 1/2 months ahead of schedule.

This 51,270 sf hotel with 81 rooms is conveniently situated near major freeways and within easy reach of downtown. This location, which offers the affordable amenities favored by travelers, features contemporary urban finishes. The large, two-story common area is designed by Architect Iyer and Associates to be comfortable on a grand scale. The tall, open space is separated from the reception area by glass walls, lending a quiet, library-like atmosphere without compromising the feeling of openness. The common areas feature a fireplace, configurable meeting rooms, and pool with decorative surfaced decking. Spacious guest rooms include high speed internet connection and flat screen TVs.
This award winning, 59,000 sf, 4-story hotel facility has 93 rooms, of which 18 are Guest Suites. The Guest Suite amenities included whirlpool tubs, plasma televisions, wet bars and solid wood/granite finishes. In addition, the hotel has incorporated a 2,000 square foot conference facility, an expansive swimming pool and recreation area.
Rebranding and renovation of a 92 room Holiday Inn to a Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Renovations took place while the hotel was occupied. Guest room features upgraded included new wall paper, doors, closets, and fixtures. Features added to the common space were new pantry cabinets, new market place, new lobby and business center (casework, wallpaper, paint, tile and granite tops), new gym, and new break room.
Full renovation of a semi-occupied hotel facility, rebranding a Holiday Inn Property to a Courtyard by Marriott. Renovations included interior, 137 guest rooms, exterior, site work, upgrade of the building’s waterproofing, restaurant, bar and conference rooms.
New construction of a two story hotel with 127 rooms and restaurant. Crews worked the project seven days a week with two shifts most of the way through construction. In addition to building the structure, the team relocated a road to access an existing restaurant. From the time the pad was started to completion of the hotel was 6 months. This is a record for the Marriott brand.
