    IN PROGRESS - Hampton Inn & Suites - Mission Valley, CA

     

    This new, 182 room, 91,120 SF destination hotel is situated on Hotel Circle in the prestigious Mission Valley area of San Diego near Sea World and other attractions.  Construction of the hotel will be 5 stories of wood frame over concrete podium in a semi-hillside condition and a 2 level parking garage.  Amenities include breakfast area, pool, fitness center, business center and a fire pit.  The schedule for a portion of the hotel will be accelerated to accommodate bird nesting season on the adjoining Multi Habitat Conservation Area.  Tricorp Hearn will take special measures to protect flora and fauna in this area. 


    IN PROGRESS - Springhill Suites by Marriott - Anaheim,CA

     

    This 120 room, 4 story, 79,000 SF hotel is located in the Anaheim Resort District on a 2.5 acre site, adjacent to Disneyland. The project includes demolition of existing restaurant and site, required abatement plan and adherence to the strict Anaheim Resort District building requirements. New construction features structural steel framing system and assemblies.

    Project amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, porte cochere, meeting spaces, excercise facility, kitchen, and dining and communal spaces.  Mechanized shading panels and storefront glazing allow for comfortable use of daylight.


    IN PROGRESS - Hyatt Place at UC Davis Phase II

     

    Tricorp Hearn is in construction of this 52 room expansion project, under a Design/Build Contract with University Hospitality Group.  Tricorp also built the original, 75 room project.


    IN PROGRESS - Hampton Inn & Suites - Salinas, CA

     

    New construction of a 105 room, 80,880 sf hotel with 4 wood framed stories over concrete podium and subterranean parking.  Amenities include meeting rooms, breakfast area, business center, fitness center, pantry and food preparation area.  The project also has an indoor pool with green roof, providing an eco friendly view to guest rooms overlooking this side of the hotel.


    IN PROGRESS - Hampton Inn & Suites - Union City, CA

     

    Design build new construction of a 90 room, four story, 54,210 SF hotel.  Designed to comply with the Cal Green Code, the project will include features such as energy efficient appliances an indoor pool, and bioswales.  Bay Mud Conditions exist on site, requiring significant subsurface conditioning.


    Hyatt Place El Segundo

     

    Construction of a new, 83,855 sf, 143 room hotel with pool, spa, outdoor dining patio, meeting rooms and outdoor fireplace.  This hotel was the first Type III, 5 story, wood framed structure built on the West Coast, and the first of the new 2.0 Generation that the Hyatt Place Brand opened in the United States.   This project won Hyatt's Development of the Year Project for 2013.

     


    Hyatt Place Hotel - Riverside, CA

     

    Construction of new, 5-story, wood framed hotel on concrete podium including 129 rooms, pool, fitness center, conference center and breakfast area.


    Hyatt Place Hotel at UC Davis - Davis, CA

     

    New, wood framed, 4-story, 52,000 SF building consisting of pool, kitchen, meeting and conference rooms. The project was inspected by the California State Fire Marshall. The documents were reviewed and approved by the Department of State Architects (DSA) and UC Davis Health Department. This was one of the first hospitality projects to be completed through a Public-Private-Partnership delivery method. The project was completed on time and within budget.

     


    Roman Spa, Calistoga, CA

     

    Phase One of a Four-Phased refurbishment of a resort property in Calistoga where Tuscany meets the hot springs of Upper Napa Valley.  Renovation includes new spa building, geothermal heated pools, and renovation of 15 buildings in total on the resort property.


    Le Rivage Hotel, Sacramento, CA

     

    3-story boutique hotel built on the levee along the Sacramento River.  Amenities include 100 rooms with luxury finishes, full service restaurant, bar, spa, pool, exerciise room, conference room, claw foot tubs, marina, and amphitheater.  Many of the finish materials were imported from Europe, and the project reflects the highest of craftsmanship.


    Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Millbrae, CA

     

    Rebranding and renovation of a 92 room Holiday Inn to a Fairfield Inn by Marriott.  Renovations took place while the hotel was occupied.  Guest room features upgraded included new wall paper, doors, closets, and fixtures. Features added to the common space were new pantry cabinets, new market place, new lobby and business center (casework, wallpaper, paint, tile and granite tops), new gym, and new break room.


    Courtyard by Marriott - Fairfield, CA

     

    Full renovation of a semi-occupied hotel facility, rebranding a Holiday Inn Property to a Courtyard by Marriott. Renovations included interior, 137 guest rooms, exterior, site work, upgrade of the building’s waterproofing, restaurant, bar and conference rooms.


    Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel - San Luis Obispo, CA

     

    Construction of a new, 4-story, wood frame hotel with 84 rooms, pool, and fitness center.


    Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel - Riverside, CA

     

    This 75,000 sf project was constructed on the Riverwalk Development in Riverside during the height of the Great Recession.  The four story, wood framed hotel with 131 rooms, pool with spa, breakfast area, conference room, and exercise room took 10 ½ months to complete.


    Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel - West Sacramento , CA

     

    Construction of a four story, wood framed hotel with 110 rooms, buffet, site improvements and swimming pool. This 66,676 sf project was built for a corporate hotel developer/owner/operator. The sitework package included preservation of all trees on the property, the renovation of the perimeter and parkway, and connection to the sanitary sewer system at a depth of 18 ½ feet. This hotel was completed 1 1/2 months ahead of schedule.


    Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel - Yuba City, CA

     

    This 51,000 square foot, 3-story hotel facility has 88 rooms. The Lobby has custom cabinetry with granite finishes.  In addition, the hotel has incorporated two 438 square foot conference facilities with a moveable partition to open the space to one 876 square foot conference facility, an expansive swimming pool and recreation area.


    Hilton Garden Inn Hotel - Elk Grove, CA

     

    This 68,000 square foot, one story pavilion, 4-story hotel facility has 116 rooms. The lobby has custom cabinetry with granite finishes. In addition, the hotel has incorporated three conference facilities with moveable partitions to open the space to one 3,327 square foot conference facility, a pavilion dining area with a bar, a 429 square foot board room, featuring a state-of-the-art exercise room, an expansive swimming pool with recreation area, and a restaurant.  This project had a negotiated delivery method.

     


    Hilton Garden Inn Hotel - Fairfield, CA

     

    This four story hotel has 150 guest rooms, full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, deluxe meeting areas, spa, pool, exercise and ball rooms. The 87,238 sf. project was a negotiated contract.


    Hilton Garden Inn Hotel - San Leandro, CA

     

    This 66,064 sf, four story hotel with 119 rooms, indoor pool, full service restaurant, and exercise room was a negotiated contract.

     


    Le Meridien Hotel, San Francisco, CA

     

    Tenant improvement to landmark downtown hotel: ADA upgrades to multiple rooms including automatic door openers, removal of walls, drywall patching, wall cover patching, flooring patching. Third floor restroom ADA upgrades including new partitions, flooring, doors, and vestibule.


    Argent Hotel, San Francisco, CA

     

    Complete interior renovation of 700 rooms on 24 floors, entrance, lobby, board room, ballroom, corridors, elevators/stairs and other public spaces. Completed in multiple phases while the hotel remained in operation.  Tony Moayed provided project management services on this project.

     

     

     


    Holiday Inn Express Napa Valley - American Canyon, CA

     

    This negotiated, design/build project is a three-story hotel on 2.5 acres with 101 guest rooms, buffet, spa, swimming pool and outdoor events venue. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule.


    Holiday Inn Express Hotel - El Dorado Hills, CA

     

    This award winning, 59,000 sf, 4-story hotel facility has 93 rooms, of which 18 are Guest Suites.  The Guest Suite amenities included whirlpool tubs, plasma televisions, wet bars and solid wood/granite finishes.  In addition, the hotel has incorporated a 2,000 square foot conference facility, an expansive swimming pool and recreation area.


    Holiday Inn Express Hotel - Sacramento, CA

     

    This 51,270 sf hotel with 81 rooms is conveniently situated near major freeways and within easy reach of downtown.  This location, which offers the affordable amenities favored by travelers, features contemporary urban finishes.  The large, two-story common area is designed by Architect Iyer and Associates to be comfortable on a grand scale.  The tall, open space is separated from the reception area by glass walls, lending a quiet, library-like atmosphere without compromising the feeling of openness.  The common areas feature a fireplace, configurable meeting rooms, and pool with decorative surfaced decking.  Spacious guest rooms include high speed internet connection and flat screen TVs.


    Inn at Southbridge - Napa, CA

     

    Two story resort hotel with 21 rooms.  Includes conference room,  restaurant, health spa and pool.  Located in the heart of wine country.

     


    Wingate Inn, South San Francisco, CA

     

    Four story hotel, steel, masonry and wood construction. Features include 87 rooms and buffet.
