    Rehabilitation includes: structural repairs, dry rot repairs, abatement, doors, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, vanities and tops, tubs and surrounds, Neo Angle Shower with doors, new VCT, carpet, sheet vinyl, interior and exterior painting, parking lot repairs, sealing and striping.

    Smith Ranch Homes

     

    This project is comprised of a 12-building, 400-unit, and 723,000 s.f. luxury senior retirement condominium complex on 32 acres. Steve Hunter performed Project Management services.

     


    Stratford at Countrywood, Lafayette, CA

     

    100 assisted living units with a 16 bedroom dementia wing.  Full service commercial style kitchen, hair salon, home theater area, and dining facilities included.


    Sunrise Assisted Living, Carmichael, CA

     

    48 assisted living units and 5,700 square feet of assembly space.  All units used for memory care patients.  Includes dining room, salon, full service commercial style kitchen and home theater area.


    Burgess Point Apartments, Benicia, CA

     

    56 units of low income housing in 9 buildings.  Community building and playground included in project.


    Atria Senior Living - Tamalpais Creek, Novato, CA

     

    LEED Certified addition of life guidance unit and refurbishment of all common areas, including theater, dining areas, salons, and physical and cognitive fitness centers.


    The Harvest Apartments, Santa Rosa, CA

     

    Six 2-story buildings containing 104 apartments.  Project included pool, leasing office, recreation building, carports, and related site work.


    Eaton Village Apartments, Chico, CA

     

    60 apartments in 17 buildings, leasing office, pool and maintenance building.


    Parkside Glen, San Jose, CA

     

    3-story, wood framed apartment building with 180 units


    Kennedy Court Rehabilitation, Fairfield, CA

     

    Rehabilitation of affordable housing apartments.  2 story complexes.


    Fillmore Center

     

    Situated over four city blocks, this mixed-use development consists of 10 cast-in-place concrete structures ranging in height from six to 20 stories.  1.4 million sq. ft. of area incorporates 1,113 apartment units, 73,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space, more than 2,000 underground parking spaces, and a 27,000 sq. ft. athletic club.
